Shipping Options and Methods

Cash On Delivery Orders

* We provide Cash On delivery Service . All COD orders are subject to confirmation.  It is essential to respond promptly to our confirmation inquiry. Failure to respond may result in non-dispatch of the COD order. Ensure your contact details are accurate for successful confirmation. We’ll only use them for order-related communication. Non-response to confirmation may lead to order cancellation. Dispatch of the COD order is contingent on successful confirmation and the customer’s availability to receive the delivery.

* Shipping costs are calculated based on various factors, including the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

International Shipping

* Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs authorities for more information on potential charges.

* The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or logistical delays.

Domestic Shipping 

* Minimum delivery time of a 3 days, maximum delivery time of 10 days.

* We make every effort to ensure timely delivery; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

* Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available, to track the progress of your shipment. You can enter the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website to get real-time updates on the status of your delivery.

* Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated after the order is shipped.
